Filing a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the response, please contact us at info@ss360.ca with a detailed explanation of your concerns. We will investigate your complaint, check that the appropriate procedures have been followed and respond where appropriate. We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, but in some cases it may take longer. If you are still not satisfied with the response, you can contact us.
